NLA blog

The National Library of Australia is using a blog to "to obtain feedback from readers on existing reading room services and gauge initial reaction to potential reading room changes".

There's also http://librariesinteract.info/ "Blog central for Australian libraries" - not much commenting but it has a list of other library blogs (individuals & organisations)

I think a blog could be useful for a group of people working together - small or large
